Greg, I really enjoyed your participation when you guested in the #SharpSchu book club. You are just SO nice and generous and HONEST, which I love! I gleaned some great info here, not just about you, but about the National SCBWI conferences that I hadn't heard, so that's always a good thing. I attend ours in New Jersey (Princeton for quite a few years now) and it's THE BEST! :D Also, thanks for mentioning DEAR GENIUS. Hadn't heard of that before either! Thank you for this terrific podcast, guys!
Awesome podcast, thanks Greg for sharing your story. I liked your advice about having a dead-end job, I kind of feel the same way, although I have not found the success you have yet! Also, as a printmaker, I really appreciated hearing about how you are dedicated to printmaking and finding ways to incorporate the handmade elements into your illustrations. I love your work, and I love discovering great books through this podcast series!
